King’s Cross Cares

“Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.” 2 Corinthians 1:3

Sometimes creating safe places means processing through previous pain that we may have encountered. Sometimes its a hospital visit or receiving pastoral care.

King’s Cross Cares. We want to help provide resources for you to find spiritual and emotional healing to help you encounter Jesus—The source of all true healing.

Creating Safe Places to encounter Jesus

When special circumstances require help beyond Community Groups (the primary place that we work out care and counseling) our pastors and ministers are happy to be a safe place for you to process difficult situations, past or present. Our pastors are not licensed counselors but will provide Jesus-centered, grace-motivated biblical guidance for those seeking healing, freedom, and wisdom in their daily lives.

Pastoral Care

Our desire is to see those in difficult circumstances receive support in times of need. An important role of our pastors and ministers is to comfort the sick, walk alongside the grieving, visit the lonely and isolated, and pray for the needs of the people in our care. To share a need, please contact KCC’s Minister of Care, Austin Porter, by clicking the button below.

Visitation and Prayer

Our desire is to see the essential needs of our partners met. Our pastors and ministers have the important responsibility of providing leadership to this benevolence distribution. If you or someone you know within our church is in such need, contact us by clicking the button below.

Benevolence

This 13-session discipleship program takes people to the root of sin and suffering in order to embrace the freedom found only in Christ's redemption. Potentially life-changing experiences are brought about by in-depth Bible study, thorough personal assessments, insightful teaching videos, and honest interactions with a group leader and mentor.

Honed over years of implementation at The Village Church's campuses in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, Steps formed the foundation of the church's ongoing recovery ministry. It continues to be one of the most fruitful discipleship courses offered throughout the calendar year.

Steps is coming soon to King’s Cross, click this button to let us know you’re interested.
