Each of us is searching for happiness, but all too often we are searching in the wrong places. During this series “VII Deadly Sins: Misguided Pursuits of Happiness” we are going to examine the scripture in partnership with 1700 years of historic Christian wisdom to uncover the vices that we are deceived into thinking will make us happy. This series isn’t about beating you up—it’s a check-up. We are diving deep into the scriptures to see if there are any areas of rebellion that we are blind to and are causing pain in our lives. We will then examine what these vices are counterfeit for. Finally, we will discover practical ways to root them out of our lives.
